Dr. Vincent Edwards is not really a lab bug! He is a scientist, who doesn’t mind kicking ass, when the need to do so arises.
Twenty years after having encountered and fought a mutant bat like creature, he is closing in on his retirement. He takes on the heavy task to train his substitute scientist on the Jackson Lunar Base. During the training procedure, both the master and the apprentice come across a rather staggering discovery! They find a form of plant life on the lunar surface. The plant form is somehow strange in appearance and stranger still in its characteristics. It causes death of the ones, who come in contact with it.
The victims, however, don’t lose life in the real sense as they become leafy creatures like the mother plant. The mutant victims then begin to find other life forms to infect. Soon the lunar base turns into a huge mortuary of sorts with more mutants piling up. Now, it is left to the two, Dr Vincent and Dr Hackett (the trainee) to save the day. Directed by Christopher R. Mihm, this movie is both a thriller and a complete entertainer.
