Attack The Block

When Sam is attacked by a group of muggers on her way to home, the rescue that she was hoping for came not from a hunk, but directly from the sky above her.

A star-like object falls from the sky and the gang of teenagers gets diverted, which breeds an opportunity for Sam to flee. And she does exactly that without failing to call the cops. In the meantime, Moses, one of the unruly teenagers from the group, decides to examine the object that fell from the sky. But to his surprise, it turns out to be a creature that leaps on him. After the attack, the creature runs away to find a safe hide out, but Moses follows it, and kills it in no time. Unaware of the forthcoming danger, Moses and his gang try to make a good deal out of the dead creature. But all of a sudden, things in the city of London take an ugly turn when aliens begin to pour down, posing a threat to everyone’s life. From there on, the movie takes off on an eccentric note, bringing together the gang of youngsters and Sam with a mission to resist the alien invasion, and save the day.

Attack the Block brings some stunning sci-fi moments with raging extraterrestrial creatures on the one side and the group of Londoners on the other end.
