This London-based action thriller has been directed by Elliott Lester and written by Ken Bruen, along with, Nathan Parker. The story starts when London experiences a bizarre situation, wherein policemen start falling prey to a mysterious killer.
Heavy clouds loom large and ensuing mysterious circumstances begin to terrorize the police system. There is no clue about the serial killer, and why he is on a killing spree. Now, a hard hitting and uncompromising police cop, Tom Brant, is introduced into the story and he is assigned to find clues about the serial killer and the lingering mystery. The brat cop has been in a quandary for his aggression towards a fellow policeman. In order to complete the mission, he gets a worthy sidekick in the form of Sergeant Porter Nash. His contribution is quite instrumental in Brant’s course of action. As the story speeds up, the killer gets a nickname from the vibrant London media as ‘Blitz’. The only thing known about Blitz is hammer, because he uses the same as a weapon to kill the policemen.
As the murders are taking place in a seemingly random manner, the car accident of the wife of a police inspector spurs ripple in the story. Different beats in the city are haunted by this hammer-loaded killer, but the beat of South East London is the centre-stage of the assassinations. As Brant is ready, full on, to take the challenge up, many scintillating situations crop up, posing as a reminder to him, that the mission is not going to be an easy one.
