Dear John

Dear John  is an upcoming American romantic war drama which is expertly directed by Lasse Hallström. The movie is about a soldier who falls in love with a girl and then both feel the pain of separation.

The celebratory saga starts when a soldier named John comes back to his hometown to spend his holidays but here finds a girl named Savannah who is a conservative college girl. Then after spending spring holidays with her, he moves back to his duty. From there onwards, they start long distance relationship and their love is expressed to each other through the medium of long written letters. The climax of the movie comes when John finds difficult to go back because the 9/11 attack is going on and it is his duty to be on front. Instead of returning back, he informs his love but after this letter the things started falling apart between the two.

In one of her letter Savannah informs that she is engaged to a married man with whom she can see her future. When he returns back he tries to improve his relationship with Savanna. At the end they meet but like parallel railway tracks. You can watch Dear John video right here!
