Extraordinary Measures

Extraordinary Measures  is a Tom Vaughan directed movie, based on the real life of John and Aileen Crowley.Their children are affected from a life-threatening disease, Pompe’s disease.In the movie, John Crowley (played by Brendan Fraser) is a biotechnology executive.

His two children are troubled with Pompe's disease.It is a deadly disease which ends the life of affected child before their tenth birthday.John and his wife Aileen (played by Keri Russell), arrange money to let Robert Stonehill (Harrison Ford) establish a company, in which they can produce a drug, which can save the lives of their children.Robert has created a theory on enzyme treatment.John takes up a full time task to raise the money.
