Friends With Benefits

Two professionals transgress boundaries, and soon find themselves in a maze of relationships where mutual feelings appear to be an impediment for their personal as well as professional lives.

It all begins when a headhunter recruits a magazine editor, and both become physically intimate on a consensual basis, taking it to be a plausible choice in the wake of hectic schedules and pressure-driven lives. While Jamie is practical enough to take it in her stride, Dylan, the guy realizes that he harbors true feelings for her. This besotted state of Dylan soon turns into an imbroglio, when it turns out that Jamie is dating someone else! Can love really be that blind?

The film digs on romance in a rather sardonic tone. What makes for an interesting watch is the way the duo tries to overcome all the frailties that mar their very thought process and try to reach out to each other.  But things reach a complicated state, and the two need to work really hard to sort out their lives. Would they succeed in moving out of a relationship that they considered nothing more than an easy way out!
