Grave Encounters

The horror movie Grave Encounters tries to give a realistic tinge to fiction by bringing on the production crew of a reality show, who intends to capture any kind of paranormal activity on camera.

It stands apart from movies of the same genre, because of its projection of fear factor in an altogether new milieu. The film traces down the activities of the production team, spearheaded by Lance Preston, inside a deserted mental hospital. In order to build up a gothic feel for the reality show, the crew seals itself inside the weird looking hospital. But little did the team know that the mansion is much more grisly than how it was described. When Jason and his colleagues search for any supernatural activity in the building, they confront the gory fact that the abandoned mental hospital is not just home to ghosts, but also to some more dark forces. After spending some moments in that baffling mansion, they start to lose their minds, and find it really hard to distinguish between what they are witnessing, and what was told. With intricate and misleading corridors across the building, the team soon finds itself in the middle of nowhere.

Even if the team tries to escape out of the haunted house it won’t help, because the web of deceit and ghastly forces has already entrapped them deep and tight. Will there be any ray of hope?
