This movie is part of a new Romanian hot cinema wave, directed by Florin Serban. Romania’s official entry for the Oscars( for The Best Foreign Language Film ), tells the story of Silviu, who has about nine days left in his release from  the home meant for juvenile delinquents.

To Silviu’s complete dismay, he finds out that his mother, who had abandoned him and his brother long ago, is coming back to take her younger son away from him. Silviu was the one who looked after his brother as his own son, and finds the new situation unbearable.
