Immigration Tango

Immigration Tango is a comedy about an issue that many students face when they go out to study in a nation, which they do not belong to. It explores the most convenient option that people resort to, when they wish to extend their stay in a foreign land after they are not permitted to stay there in accordance with the legal norms.

Immigration Tango shows a couple, Elena and Carlos, who are deeply in love with each other. They study at a university in Miami. While Elena is from Russia, Carlos belongs to Columbia. Betty and Mike are two characters who, according to the movie, are natives of America. In order to continue living in the United States of America, Elena and Carlos leave no stone unturned in order to find a legal way to do so. So, they plan to exchange partners with Betty and Mike so that the two couples can be shown married, with each couple having an American as one of the partners.

Things go smooth initially, but everything becomes messy later, when the characters are supposed to introduce their spouses to their parents. Also, United States is the one country where fooling the government is not a kid’s play. So, in addition to the problem caused by the issue of introducing their partners to their parents, the two couples also struggle with the problem of handling an immigration official, who suspects that there is something wrong about the couples. Immigration Tango is an incredible comedy to watch out for!
