Anna Brady, an apartment staging planner with the Realtors, has been dating Jeremy, a cardiologist for four years. They have plans of buying a very high standard apartment in Davenport.

But Anna expects Jeremy to propose to her while they were on a dinner date. However, he gives her a gift instead and leaves for Dublin the very next day for an official meeting. Anna plans to catch him at Dublin and propose herself on 29th February in compliance with an old Irish folklore tradition. According to the tradition women used to propose on leap years. But soon she has to leave the vessel due to an approaching storm.
