Love's Kitchen

Love’s Kitchen brings matters of the heart and those of taste buds together in a way that’s rarely been seen before. Directed by James Hacking, the movie tells the touching story of a budding chef, Rob Haley, whose life falls apart when his wife passes away in a tragic automobile accident.

He loses all hope and gives up on his dream of becoming one of the country’s most accomplished restaurateurs. Things go from bad to worse when he’s subjected to the scathing critiques of an accomplished food critic. Just when he’s on the verge of breaking down, his old friend and highly successful chef, Gordon Ramsay visits his restaurant, and he’s inspired to pick up the broken pieces of his life and start afresh with his newfound confidence. He joins hands with his daughter and some loyal cooks from his previous workplace, and together they all move to a nearby village, where they undertake the daunting task of converting a pub into an eatery. While many rubbish off their plan as an impractical one, they carry on with surety, and do all that’s required to reignite the magic that they once had. One thing leads to the other, and before they know it, they have hordes of customers swarming towards the eating joint.

That’s when an amazingly beautiful food critic, Kate Templeton steps in, and once again havoc is wreaked over Rob’s life. Rob is stuck at crossroads between her charming persona and all the negative criticism that she has for their food. While one part of him detests her, the other falls hopelessly in love with her, making Rob face one of the most difficult decisions of his life. Together, he and Kate devise a recipe that takes the world by a storm- it’s a recipe for love, and it’s made at just one place- Love’s Kitchen!
