Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an action/Adventure/Fantasy/Romance movie, directed by Mike Newell. Its story focuses on Dastan who is adopted by King Sharaman of Persia. He is brought up amongst royalty and earns the reputation of a powerful fighter and prince. His brothers Garsiv and Tus plot combat tactics. Just then a spy informs them that the city of Alamut is involved in supplying weapons to the enemies of Persia. On hearing this, Tus launches an attack on Alamut. During the combat, Dastan meets gorgeous Princess, Tamina. Meanwhile, King Sharaman passes away under mysterious circumstances. Dastan is blamed of his father’s assassination. He runs away with the princess to clear his name from all these charges.
