Ranchero

The Richard Kaponas directed movie, Ranchero, revolves around Jesse Torres (Roger Gutierrez), who is a first generation Mexican American. What makes him different is his craze for photography. He leaves his ranch after the death of his parents, and struggles to find his place in the bright lights of Los Angeles.

Here, he meets his childhood friend Tom (Brian Eric Johnson), who has turned into a drug addict. Jesse struggles to bring his friend back to normalcy, as he himself starts to feel being pulled into the abyss of broken dreams. Having come to town to make it big, Jesse is forced to work in a grocery story. However, it is here that he befriends his co-worker as well as neighbor Lil' Bit (Christina Woods).

Her life too is a struggle and her life is stuck in the clutches of a mobster Capone (Danny Trejo). In order to win the love of his life for himself, Jesse has one hell-of-a-fight ahead of him, One should catch Ranchero to witness the battle that Jesse ensues, to save the two most important people of his life.
