Redemption: A Mile From Hell

Redemption: A Mile From Hell throws light on what is probably one of the most complex intricacies of the human mind. It is the factor that what all goes on in the mind of a man, as he sees his death approaching.

The only twist is that in this movie, the man who is wary of his death is not a noble soul, who is dissatisfied with the way he’s spent his life. But, it is the story about a criminal, who is approaching the death after the verdict of his death sentence, and seeks redemption before the sentence is executed. But, the path that he’s chosen for redemption may sound awry to many, since it doesn’t involve a month of prayer or religious endeavors, but instead, involves yet another crime. The central role of Frank Hardin is played by Dustin Leighton. Frank is a man with a penchant for justice, for which he can go to any extent. He is introduced as a laidback character, who is a cattle rustler.

His life takes a dramatic twist, when he steps into the murky world of crime, turning into a murderer overnight. With his life having spurred out of control, and being left with no hope of springing back to normalcy, Frank seeks refuge in a peaceful town named Redemption. This mining town is located close to the border of Mexico, and is inhabited by a mélange of criminals, who are there with a desire to undo the harm that’s been caused by their backgrounds. Just when Frank’s life seems to be settling, he is faced with the choice between redemption and justice. He chooses the latter, and gets set to put down the criminals behind a ruthless murder in the city.
