Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows

Sherlock Holmes is back in town to solve yet another mystery in true Sherlock Holmes’ style. Some of the scenes of ‘Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows’ have been shot at the Strasbourg Cathedral located in Strasbourg, France.

The movie is pretty much an extension of the suspense and thrill you experienced in the previous Sherlock Holmes movie. The temperamental yet ever so brilliant Sherlock Holmes and his confidante and accomplice, Dr Watson, make a comeback, as they have to take on their worst nemesis.  I am referring to Professor Moriarty, someone, who is always one up on the duo and has the thought prowess to outthink the brilliant mind of Holmes. But this time Holmes isn’t waging a lone battle, as Holmes’ elder brother joins hands with him. Mycroft Holmes, played by Stephen fry, might prove to be more than just useful in the eventual crackdown on Professor Moriarty.

Holmes has more help from Sim, a gypsy who knows more than what she looks like. This wanderer keeps track of every passerby. Directed by Guy Ritchie and produced by Joel Silver, Lionel Wigram, Susan Downey and Dan Lin, the movie will be an absolute delight to watch.
