Soda Springs

Soda Springs is a drama, which shows how a person cannot run away from his past, and has to face whatever he has done in the past, one day.

Things have never been good for Eden Jackson, a man who has just got out of prison. This lead character is shown as a person who was imprisoned on the charges of murder for a period of 8 years. Upon his release, he sets out to visit the village which he originally belongs to. But his journey, contrary to his aspiration, is not at all smooth. He makes his way to the village, but the crime that he had committed 8 years ago, makes the villagers see him with a feeling of rage. He has not been forgiven by the people and that makes his stay in the village impossible.

To add to this, he finds out that his father is not alive anymore, and the lady, who he was married to before being imprisoned, is now married to the person who has always been his arch rival. Just when he thinks that everyone is against him, he gets to meet a woman named Shelly, who herself, isn’t leading a good life. However, there is one thing which is peculiar about her. She looks at Eden, the way she feels about him and doesn’t pay any attention to what other people think about him. A budding love story and a path full of hurdles is what await Eden in his quest to start his live afresh.
