Sympathy For Delicious

If God takes something by one hand, he gives back something else by the other. Sympathy for Delicious narrates the journey of a man named Dean O’Dwyer, who is about to make it big as a DJ in Los Angeles.

But destiny turns its back on him, when he meets a tragic mishap that leaves him disabled. Watching his dreams shatter in front of him, he decides to find a cure by the power of faith on the advice of Joe Roselli, a man of God. But rather than being healed himself, he discovers that he posses the touch to cure the suffering ones. By some strange turn of fate, the magic doesn’t work in his case, and he remains confined to his wheelchair. As time passes, he decides to take matters in his own hands and do some good for himself. He uses his gift as a ladder to reach the height he has fallen from. He becomes the part of a band. But doing all this doesn’t land him peace with himself.

For that to happen, he needs to walk the path that requires faith and empathy. The movie takes the audience on the journey of a man who is determined to make his way to the top, and the way he comes face to face with the ultimate truth.
