Going by the current bandwagon of Hollywood, it won’t be wrong to say that animated movies are here to rule the roost.
The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is one such animated tableau, featuring Tintin and his journey along with his friends. Together, they set on a mission to discover a submerged ship that had Capt. Haddock's ancestor as its captain. Tintin’s exploration are quite intriguing and engaging, as his dog follows him, along with an escaped convict. Close on their heels are the two detectives, Thompson and Thomson. It would mark the foray of Steven Spielberg into the world of animated movies, with an easy going, laughter filled storyline. It is his first animated venture, that too in 3D. Constant gauging at Tintin’s increasing fan frenzy made possible the making of this movie.
This computer-animated motion picture is the first part of the Tintin trilogy, it is based on the fables of The Crab with the Golden Claws, The Secret of the Unicorn, and Red Rackham's Treasures. This movie is a must watch for the lovers of Tintin, across the globe!
