The Beaver

Depression can destroy any relationship, but there are several ways to come out of it. The creators of The Beavers have presented a man’s unique efforts to distance himself from gloominess. The movie begins with the suicidal attempt of Walter, a toy company’s executive. His family has everything except Walter’s love.

His depression leads him to his own world, where pleasure and harmony have no place. He decides to alter his life, before things fall apart. He buys a Beaver puppet to exchange words with his wife and kids. The distressed Walter’s life changes completely after the arrival of this toy.  The toy not only fixes his personal life, but it also gives him a scope to overcome his regretful past. Gradually, his family starts enjoying this game. Now it becomes easy for him to tackle all the catch-22 situations of his life.

However, again a challenging situation arrives in his life, when his family shows the desire to spend life with the man behind the puppet. Walter is totally depended on this puppet, but he has to leave the puppet in order to regain his lost pride. Will Walter be able to come out of this masquerade? The movie teaches a lesson to everyone that torrid and tense phases appear in everyone’s life, but the person who overcomes them, becomes victorious like Walter.
