An Army lieutenant by profession, he is called up in the palace of Saddam Hussein, and is requested to play the body double of Uday Hussein, Saddam’s son. A ‘NO’ from Latif’s side could have his family damned to death. The notorious man, who tried to control every happening with a whiplash in Bagdad, tried to govern the morals of Latif as well. Hence, this biopic depicts the atrocities of debauch Uday Hussein, who believed in nothing, but buying anything and everything in this world via money- be it human emotions or their consciousness.
