The Invention Of Lying

The Invention of Lying is a romantic comedy which is written and directed by incredibly famous creator, Ricky Gervais. The movie is about a man who lives into the world where no one believes in lies. The movie is about a screenwriter who is caught in the world where truth is more important than existence. Mark Bellison is a screen writer who is facing financial crisis and is a prime target in the list of those who will be fired by the president of the company. Mark is deeply in love with Anna who is again the member of the same clan who love to speak the truth. When Mark finds that his mother is on the deathbed, he gets extremely scared of the endless black-hole that awaits her, he starts to invent fiction. He makes few prophecies and when hospital staff eavesdrop all this, they start taking it as the truth. His first ingenious screenplay turns him into a rich person of the town.
