The Way to Paradise is a thriller, having the fun-filled elements of comedy as well as incredible action, which is sure to make adrenalin rush through the veins of the viewers.
The storyline follows Mick, a man in his thirties, whose marriage to Mandy didn’t work out well. They have a son named Jake, who lives with Mandy. The problem with Mandy is that she is addicted to drugs to such an extent that she just can’t live without them. To add to this, she is a woman who can go to any extent to procure money to buy drugs for herself. She becomes a menace for Mick, who himself, works in the drug-selling business. Mick is lured by the huge amount of money that the business of drugs offers. He is unaware of the disastrous consequences that one gets to bear after getting into this dark world. He doesn’t take things very seriously until Mandy’s addiction to dope becomes a source of trouble for Jake.
When Mandy runs out of money and has no means to cater to her addiction to drugs, she makes Jake a tool to earn money. Now, this is something that Mick can’t take. Also, he is confronted by the strange feeling of dealing with the person whom he once fell for, and that too, at a time when their feelings for each other have died out. The Way to Paradise shows how a father comes to the rescue of his son, even though his own life is going through turmoil.
