Wrecked

A man wakes up in a completely wrecked car in the middle of nowhere and there is a dead body in the back seat of the mangled car. And, that’s the wham-bam start that the movie Wrecked takes off with. That man wakes up and finds himself in a badly damaged car with absolutely no memory of his past or even himself.

He is drenched in blood and to his utter horror, finds a dead body in the backseat of the car and, there is another dead body lying a few feet away from the car! With panic setting in the mind of this man, he tries to wriggle himself free. But, he is stuck badly and survival seems tough. There is not a single soul to be seen across miles. With his leg stuck in the mangled car, the man begins to hallucinate and dreams of being rescued. He sees a woman hiking and helping him get out of the car, appearing and vanishing constantly. He tries to solve the mystery by searching around in the car. Desperate, he finds the identity card of the corpse in the back and converses with the dead body in moments of pure helplessness.

When he discovers a huge stash of money in the car, and a criminal search message on radio; he begins to suspect himself of being a criminal. He thinks himself of having committed a bank heist that has gone awry. The countless possibilities of the man’s identity are only revealed just when everything is about to come to a horrible, but a rather welcome end.
