YellowBrickRoad

Set in 2010, ‘Yellow Brick Road’ tracks the mysterious events that happened half a century ago, in Friar New Hampshire. The city was veered into doom, when its 572 residents, woke up one morning and began to walk along the track of a road, which was later named the Yellow Brick Road.

No one knows what made them take the uncanny step. They left all their belongings behind, and even left their dogs to die of hunger. The city wasn’t left with a single soul, and it was only after all traces of life disappeared from it that outsiders stepped in and stared in shock at the destruction that was faced by a once buzzing milieu. The U.S. army set out on a mission to discover what happened to the city’s entire population. They managed to track the bodies of 300 people- some of whom had frozen to death, and others who had been slaughtered mysteriously. One man was found babbling in some incoherent language, and the rest were all gone- to where, nobody knew! The case remained unsolved, and while terror spread over the city’s remains, it wasn’t long before it was repopulated. 50 years later, a photographer named Teddy, his wife Melissa and a group of adventurers set off on an unlikely mission to visit the bewildered stretch of land that has been off-limits for years, as they once again try to find the answer to a long-forgotten question.

Each step that they take brings them closer to the truth, but the question remains whether they’ll survive to tell the story, or if they’ll meet the same fate that hundreds met in the dark past. As they progress deeper into the treacherous terrains, their worst fears are realized when their compasses stop working, music from the 1940s begins to play, and their sanity gradually begins to vanish.
