Just when everything seemed to be going well, an explosion set things in motion, an ugly motion. The city is unnamed and the explosion has left the city ill-defined. What really sets apart the explosion is the effect it has caused on people afterwards.
People haven’t died, but have simply become Zombie Undead. True to its style and sense, the film chases the zombies, who apparently chase those who are still sane and alive. Sarah and a doctor Steve are speeding past the city with Sarah’s father, Mark, inside the car, on the verge of dying. Both know that Mike isn’t left with a lot of time and anything that needs to be done has to be done soon before it’s too late. When they reach the hospital, they find the whole place smeared with blood and little to none people alive. Some who are still breathing are at the mercy of doctors, who are totally unaware as to what they should be doing under the circumstances. Soon, Mark goes unconscious and slumps on the floor. Seeing that, his daughter Sarah too loses consciousness and falls on the ground. For a long time, she remains in the same state, with no one to wake her up. When she finally regains her consciousness, things around her have changed completely.
There is creeping silence, blood, dead bodies, dark corridors, and fear sweeping around her. Soon she is on a run to save her life. What awaits her outside the corridors of the hospital is something she doesn’t know. Can she meet the inexplicable? Catch up with the movie to find out!
